Every HelpRush partner carries cards with a QR code to their own booking link. A booking made from one wasn't crediting the pro who handed it over, so the referral bounty never fired for anyone. Scans now attribute to the pro on the card — and because the fix reads the card rather than the code printed on it, every card already in a pocket across Srinagar started working the moment this shipped. Nothing to reprint.

The featured pros on the homepage had an "available" light that never went out, a Book button that did nothing, and initials sitting where a photograph should have been. Every card now opens that pro's public profile, shows the portrait they sent us, and carries only the badges they have actually earned.

The QR codes on our street canopies and lobby cards now open a fast lane: straight to the app with your first-job offer attached — no typing, no searching, no lost momentum between the street and the booking.

If a customer no-shows, the partner is held harmless. If a partner cancels, the customer is. Fees now follow the party at fault — on every lane, every platform — and never punish the person who kept their side of the booking.

The partner app's live-photo step now explains exactly what the camera needs before it opens. Fewer retakes, faster verification, same standard: a real face, matched to a real ID, before the first job.

After a completed job, customers now get a short feedback note by email. What you write feeds the same trust arithmetic that decides which pros we dispatch — your two minutes genuinely re-ranks the network.
