Terms of Service.

    Who we are.

    HelpRush is a service-marketplace platform operated by Horfay Taqnia Pvt Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in India (GSTIN 01AAGCH4984F1ZO), with its registered office in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.

    We connect customers ('You') with verified, independent service providers ('Pros'). HelpRush is not the service provider — Pros are independent contractors. HelpRush operates the platform that routes the work.

    What you agree to by using HelpRush.

    By creating an account, browsing, or booking on helprush.in or our mobile apps, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

    You must be 18+, have a valid Indian mobile number, and the legal capacity to enter contracts. Bookings made on behalf of another person require their consent.

    How dispatch works.

    When you submit a job, RushHour™ routes it to the nearest available Pro that meets the criteria — service category, location, KYC, Skill Verification, Trust Score. The Pro decides whether to accept.

    You contract directly with the Pro for the work. HelpRush takes a commission and provides the trust, dispatch, and payments rails.

    Pricing, payment, and cancellation.

    Prices shown at booking are the price you pay. Parts are itemised separately and only after you approve them. GST is shown only when due — see /pricing for the honest version.

    Cancel before a Pro accepts: free. Cancel after dispatch: a flat trip-fee covers the Pro's lost time — never a percentage of the job. See /legal/refunds for the full policy.

    Online and wallet payment ship in a future release; current default is cash on completion.

    Your responsibilities.

    Provide accurate information when booking. Be present at the address you specified. Treat Pros with respect; verbal abuse, harassment, or refusal of payment for completed work will get your account suspended.

    Do not request services outside our published categories or anything illegal.

  6. 06

    What HelpRush guarantees and what it doesn't.

    We guarantee: the Pro is who they say they are (DigiLocker KYC), they have passed our Skill Verification quiz for the category, the price is what you see at booking, and the work is logged for dispute resolution.

    We do not guarantee: the outcome of the work (Pros are independent professionals), or the absence of human error. We provide a workmanship guarantee on most categories — see the relevant /services/[category] page.

  7. 07

    Liability.

    HelpRush's liability for any single booking is capped at the value of that booking. We carry an aggregate insurance policy that covers Pro-caused property damage for a limited set of categories — claim by emailing hello@helprush.in within 48 hours of the incident with photos and the job ID.

    We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses (lost income, distress, etc.) — the standard exclusions in Indian contract law apply.

    Disputes.

    Try to resolve any complaint with the Pro on the job, then with HelpRush support at hello@helprush.in. Most issues are resolved within one business day.

    If unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India. Indian law governs.

    Changes to these terms.

    We may update these terms. Material changes get an in-product notice and an email. The 'Last updated' date at the top tracks every revision.
