We've hired self-taught engineers from Srinagar and rejected IIT grads. Show us what you've built. Background is irrelevant if the work is real.

Ship to learn.
We don't have a 12-week onboarding plan. New people ship in week one — small thing, real users, real feedback. The bar is high. The leash is long.

Remote, async, India-time.
Most of the team is in Srinagar; some are remote across India. We work async, in writing, with daily live syncs only when needed.
