Three things you should know before applying.

Craft over credential.
We've hired self-taught engineers from Srinagar and rejected IIT grads. Show us what you've built. Background is irrelevant if the work is real.

Ship to learn.
We don't have a 12-week onboarding plan. New people ship in week one — small thing, real users, real feedback. The bar is high. The leash is long.

Remote, async, India-time.
Most of the team is in Srinagar; some are remote across India. We work async, in writing, with daily live syncs only when needed.

Engineering seats are closed for now — we've hired the founding backend and Flutter engineers and the queue is full. What follows are the seats where we still need the right human.
Field Storyteller

Shoot the pros mid-job. Edit the reel by night. Post by morning. Watch the comments — and the city. We don't outsource voice. The person in this seat reads the room, captures what matters, writes the copy, and ships across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and our own /stories feed. Camera, edit, words, instinct — one job, one head, one publish button. Strong if you've made something for the internet that people couldn't stop watching, and you can tell us why.
Growth Lead

Three audiences, one funnel. Sell Pro and Elite tier subscriptions to senior pros who've earned the badge. Onboard local businesses — schools, hotels, apartment societies, hospitals, clinics — onto HelpRush for Business. Run the customer-side campaigns that move neighbourhoods: city launches, repeat-customer hooks, referral loops. If you've done growth at a marketplace where each side has different gravity, you'll feel at home. If you've never sold to a tradesman, this isn't the seat.
People & Crew

Hire well. Look after the team. Run the Saturday-morning training cohorts. Own the office cadence at Rangreth. We think of ourselves as a crew, not a workforce — the person in this seat builds the rituals that hold a small, intense, mostly-async team together.
