Anything that needs site visits, multiple tradespeople, or runs over days/weeks. NOW is for under-an-hour fixes; Scheduled is for half-day visits; Projects is for everything bigger.

Needs a quote, not a price.
Experts submit detailed proposals. You review, counter-propose, accept. The price isn't a guess, it's a contract.

Money should sit in escrow.
Each milestone is funded by you up front, held by HelpRush, released to the expert only when the milestone is photo-verified and you approve.
How a project runs
Six steps. You decide at every one.

Describe the project.
What needs doing, where, and roughly when. A budget range helps but isn't required. Photos help the quote.

An expert accepts.
Verified experts near you are invited. The first to accept is yours. You pick a few times that suit you for a site visit and they confirm one.

Site visit.
A flat site-visit fee, paid at the visit or online. It's deducted from your first payment if you go ahead with that expert. No visit, no charge.

Written quote.
After the visit the expert sends a written scope, stages and price. Accept it, counter it, or ask for the scope in writing before you agree to a number.

Fund one stage at a time.
You pay each stage into HelpRush before it starts. The expert is paid only when you approve the finished work on photos. Ask for changes up to three times.

Done and on record.
Warranties, certificates and invoices stay on the project. Rate your expert; it feeds their Trust Score.
