At HelpRush, your privacy is important. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. The HelpRush website is for discovery and information; bookings happen in the mobile app.

- Account & Contact: name, email, phone (when you create or contact us).
- eKYC (Providers only): DigiLocker-based identity details for verification.
- Usage: pages viewed, device info, approximate location (for hyperlocal discovery).
- Feedback: ratings, reviews, support tickets, dispute information.
- Payments (in app): handled by our PCI-compliant partners; we don’t store card data.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide the service: discovery, provider profiles, and support.
- Verify identities (eKYC) and maintain safety & trust.
- Compute TrustScore and provider Levels (quality, reliability, dispute-free rate).
- Improve performance, detect abuse, and analyze product usage.
- Communicate updates, service messages, and policy changes.
3. Legal Bases (where applicable)
We process data to perform a contract (providing the service), with your consent (e.g., marketing), and for legitimate interests (security, product improvement), while respecting your rights.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
- With service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments, eKYC) under strict contracts.
- With customers or providers when required to fulfill a service request.
- For legal reasons (court order, fraud prevention, safety, or to protect rights).
