    Which cities are supported?

    What is RushHour?

    RushHour is HelpRush's real-time dispatch engine. It routes a NOW-lane job to the nearest verified pro within a 5 km radius — median match under 5 seconds in Srinagar. Patent-pending (IN 202511047332).

    How do payouts work for service partners?

    Daily auto-payout to your bank by default. Instant payout available 24/7 inside the Partner app for a 1% fee. Wallet balance visible in real time; cash collected shows as a negative balance until settled.

    What does the platform fee look like?

    For per-job dispatch (NOW + SCHEDULED lanes): Basic tier 20%, Pro (₹499/month) 12%, Elite (₹999/month) 8% — earned on merit via Trust Score + jobs + rating. For the Projects lane: flat 10% platform fee on the project amount. HelpRush pays 18% GST on its commission directly; not the customer's concern.

    Is KYC mandatory for pros?

    Yes — every pro clears five native layers before a single job dispatches: (1) native KYC — Aadhaar + PAN captured on-device with Google ML Kit OCR that matches against their application, plus a smart selfie with live face detection; (2) a category-specific Skill Verification Engine quiz; (3) a probation cycle on their first five jobs; (4) a live Trust Engine score that drives dispatch priority; (5) a Risk Engine watching for ten fraud signal types. Nothing dispatches without all of them.

    How do I become a HelpRush pro?

    Apply at /partner/apply — five minutes on web. Then download the Partner app: smart selfie with live face detection, Aadhaar + PAN capture with on-device OCR (extracts your data and matches against your application — mismatch rejects instantly), then the Skill Verification Engine quiz per category. Most pros clear identity in under 30 minutes and take their first job within 48 hours. No application fee, no mandatory kit, no exclusivity.
