HelpRush, the real-time marketplace for local services operated by Horfay Taqnia Private Limited, received thirty of its service professionals at its Rangreth office on Friday, 9 October 2026. The group, which the company refers to as the Super 30, is the set of professionals on the platform who meet three thresholds simultaneously across their full history: a five-star customer rating on every completed job, a response time to job offers of under seven seconds, and a reply rate to job offers above 85 percent.

Membership is computed from platform data and is not subject to nomination or review by the company. HelpRush has said the list will be recalculated on an ongoing basis and that professionals can see all three metrics on their own profile.

What took place

The session combined recognition with operational work. Professionals who had not yet received the platform's lanyard identification, which carries the holder's name, trade and a publicly checkable verification code, were issued one. The group was taken through HelpRush's standard operating procedures for a job, covering arrival commitments, on-app quoting before work begins, on-app completion and invoicing, and proactive communication with the customer when a job deviates from plan.

The largest portion of the session was training on the Projects lane, HelpRush's product for multi-day work such as renovation, full-home painting and civil work. A Project is divided into milestones agreed between customer and professional in advance. Customer funds for each milestone are held in escrow before work on that milestone begins and are released on sign-off. The platform charges a flat ten percent fee on the project amount.

After-hours work

HelpRush used the session to ask the cohort to take on dispatch after 8 p.m., the window its HelpRush Assured tier was created to serve. Professionals told the company that late-evening travel across Srinagar is difficult under the current security environment, citing road checkpoints, and that they could not commit to reaching a customer's address or returning home reliably after that hour.

HelpRush has said it will not make after-hours work a condition of Super 30 status, of any subscription tier, or of continued participation on the platform, and that the Assured tier will continue to be staffed by volunteers only. The company has not announced any change to its after-hours dispatch at this time.

Context

HelpRush is bootstrapped and operates in Srinagar. The company has previously published its verification process, its referral card programme and the formation of its first HelpRush Assured cohort of forty professionals in May 2026. It has not published the total number of active professionals on the current platform and has said any such figure will appear on its public facts page with the method stated.
