Forty service professionals in Srinagar have become the first members of HelpRush Assured, a designation given to professionals who have re-cleared the platform's full five-layer verification and committed to taking emergency and after-hours work — power outages, burst pipes, lock-outs, AC failures and electrical faults.
The cohort is the first batch of a migration of roughly 900 professionals from HelpRush's original platform to the rebuilt one launched in November 2025. Verification is not carried across: each professional re-clears identity and skill on the current platform before dispatch.
