Welcome to HelpRush. These Terms govern your use of the HelpRush website and app. By using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Scope

HelpRush connects customers with independent providers for on-demand services. The website enables discovery and information; bookings occur in the mobile app.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 to create an account.
  • Providers must complete eKYC (DigiLocker) and any required skill verification.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Provider Relationship

Providers are independent professionals, not employees of HelpRush. Providers set availability and perform services directly for customers. HelpRush provides platform, safety, and payment tooling.

4. Pricing, Payments & Fees

  • Estimates and final charges are shown in-app. Taxes may apply.
  • Payments are processed by PCI-compliant partners; we don’t store card data.
  • Platform commissions/fees may apply and are disclosed in-app prior to booking or payout.

5. Ratings, Reviews & TrustScore

Customers may leave ratings and reviews after a job. Providers accrue a TrustScore based on verified identity, punctuality, dispute-free rate, and quality indicators.

6. Acceptable Use

  • No fraud, harassment, or illegal activities.
  • No circumvention of the platform for off-platform payments.
  • No interference with security, APIs, or other users’ data.

7. Cancellations & Disputes

Policies for cancellations, refunds, and disputes are outlined in-app. We may request evidence to resolve claims fairly.

8. Intellectual Property

The HelpRush name, logos, and product designs are our IP. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

We provide the platform “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms. We’ll note the latest date above.
