Shipping & Delivery Policy

HelpRush facilitates on-demand home and professional services (cleaning, repairs, beauty, plumbing, electrical, etc.). All services are performed in-person at the customer's specified location by independent service providers.

• Services are delivered at the address provided by the customer during booking in the HelpRush app.
• The estimated time of arrival (ETA) of the service provider is displayed in the app after booking confirmation.
• Actual arrival time may vary based on provider availability, distance, and traffic conditions.

HelpRush currently operates on a hyperlocal model in Srinagar, Kashmir and is expanding to new areas continuously. Services are only available within our active coverage zones, which are shown in the app.

Since HelpRush is a services-only platform, there is no physical product shipping, courier, or postal delivery involved. If a service requires materials or parts (e.g., plumbing fittings, electrical components), the provider may bring them to the location or the customer may be asked to arrange them — this will be communicated in-app before the service begins.

• All bookings are made through the HelpRush mobile app.
• You can book services for immediate or scheduled delivery depending on provider availability.
• Booking confirmation and provider details are shared via in-app notifications.

If a provider is delayed or unable to arrive, you will be notified through the app. You may choose to wait, reschedule, or cancel the booking as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
