About HelpRush
The Humans Behind HelpRush — Built in Srinagar
A platform built by humans, for humans—to bring trust, dignity, and structure to everyday work.
A Note from the Founder

Dr. Fayaz Muhammad — Founder of HelpRush
The Origin
HelpRush didn't begin as a startup idea. It began as a personal frustration.
When I returned to Kashmir and started building my home, I assumed finding skilled professionals—electricians, plumbers, carpenters—would be straightforward. Instead, I lost time, money, and trust. Work was delayed. Quality was inconsistent. Accountability was missing.
The Problem
Every task required chasing people, relying on word-of-mouth, and hoping for the best. What should have been simple became exhausting.
That experience revealed a deeper problem: in a region full of skilled people, trust and access were broken.
The Decision
I am a veterinarian by training. Technology was unfamiliar terrain. Building a tech platform felt intimidating and uncertain—but the problem felt too real to ignore.
So I chose to learn, build, fail, relearn, and persist. HelpRush was born from that decision.
It has been built with personal savings, long nights, mistakes, tears, and relentless effort—not to create another app, but to restore peace of mind.
For customers, HelpRush exists so that hiring skilled help doesn't feel like a gamble.
For skilled professionals, it exists to create steady opportunities, dignity, and growth—without middlemen, harassment, or endless chasing for work.
This journey is not walked alone. My wife has been a constant pillar—through uncertainty, risk, and long periods where nothing felt guaranteed. HelpRush is as much a story of belief and patience as it is of technology.
The Solution
HelpRush is not just another marketplace for services. It is being built as digital infrastructure for everyday work.
Across India—and especially in regions like Kashmir—millions of skilled professionals operate informally. Customers rely on personal references. Skilled workers depend on uncertainty. Trust is fragile. Accountability is rare.
HelpRush exists to change this at a structural level.
Instead of acting as a middleman, HelpRush provides the systems that make work reliable: verification, discovery, matching, accountability, and transparency.
What We Do
HelpRush creates a trusted, real-time system where customers can discover and book verified skilled experts in minutes—and where professionals can access consistent work opportunities without friction.
For customers:
- Verified identities and skills
- Transparent pricing and ratings
- Real-time booking and tracking
- Clear accountability from start to finish
For service partners:
- Direct access to demand
- Freedom to build their own reputation
- Fair earnings without intermediaries
- A digital work identity that grows with them
Our Approach
Most platforms control workers. HelpRush builds infrastructure.
- Service partners remain independent.
- Customers remain in control.
- The system ensures trust.
HelpRush does not replace human skill—it organizes it. By focusing on verification, matching, and real-time access, HelpRush creates a framework where work flows smoothly, fairly, and predictably.
Built for Reality
HelpRush is designed for real environments—not ideal ones.
- It works where informal work is the norm.
- It supports skilled professionals entering the digital economy.
- It adapts to hyperlocal needs while remaining scalable.
This makes HelpRush relevant not only for households, but also for businesses, offices, institutions, housing societies, workforce programs, and public initiatives.
Our Vision
HelpRush aims to become a foundational layer for service work—where trust, access, and opportunity are built into the system by default.
Not a classifieds site. Not a gig app. But a quiet, reliable infrastructure that helps people work, grow, and live with confidence.
