How do I place a booking?
HelpRush is currently app-only. Install the app to browse services, see prices, and confirm a booking.
How are providers verified?
We use DigiLocker-based eKYC, optional background checks, skill tests, and ongoing ratings/reviews to build trust.
What is TrustScore?
A dynamic score combining verification, punctuality, dispute-free rate and reviews. Higher TrustScore increases visibility.
Where is HelpRush available?
We operate on a hyperlocal model in selected areas. Coverage expands continuously.
How do refunds or disputes work?
Open the order in the app → Support → “Help with this order”. Provide details; we’ll assist and keep you updated.
